Availability and Rates:  Rates for our home that sleeps eight start at $900 per night.  The rates can rise based on the season and the number of people in your party. There is an additional Hawaii state tax of just over 12%.   A three-night deposit will hold a reservation until 60 days prior to arrival.  At that time, the balance is due and the deposit becomes non-refundable.  Special arrangements can be make for longer stays.

Meals and Housekeeping:  The house has a fully equipped kitchen. Pre-arrival shopping can be arranged with Tim Terzi.

If you desire a personal chef during your stay, please consider Karen Burns at (360) 319-4319, or Email Karen.  She has been a professional and personal chef since 1994. She will consult with you about your menus and be fully prepared for your arrival.  Her style ranges from Gourmet Raw to World Fusion and she uses local, organic and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. 

Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged by calling Jessica at Gold Coast Cleaning, 808-895-3438. She has an incredible crew that is thorough and friendly.  Their rates are quite reasonable.

Getting Around:  We recommend you rent a car for your stay. There is a lot to see on this large island and it would be a shame to miss it.  The house is about 30 minutes north of the Kona Airport.

The Mauna Kea provides a shuttle to and from the airport if you call in advance. There is a fee for this service. Alternatively, Tim Terzi can also provide reliable and very friendly transportation.
